Video cameos about bike advocacy

Biking in BaltimoreEveryone

I am getting people to make statements about bike advocacy to a video camera
at the light street cycle shop. The end result should be a series of statements by a large and
extremely varied group of people strung together to impress our city
representatives as to the support bicycle issues have.

nyone interested in giving a \"testimonial\" is welcome to do so.

I haven\'t made the necessary appointments with the city yet, but that is
usually not as hard or time consuming as gathering statements.

All are welcome to express intelligible, truthful, and sincere opinions on
this issue...............

City Council hearing on bike laws

Bike LawsI went to the City Council hearing today. The sponsor of the bill, Lisa Stancil was there and Melvin Stukes chaired the hearing. About 5 of us spoke. I think that showing up for the hearing will not be as important in the long run as writing to the council afterwards.
