tickets

cheaper to drive illegally than park illegally, seriously. So I just got a ticket the other day for $52 for parking too long in a residential spot, which I hadnt and then I read that if you get a ticket for driving with a cell phone the first offense is only $40. So to me this means that a moving violation is less costly than a "standing" violation. This also means to me that possibly hurting/killing someone or having an accident with another vehicle while driving and talking on a phone is not serious, but parking for too long is way more heinous crime. wtf
