>Well I can't even begin to explain how much this hurts to even have
>to say, I have tears in my eyes just thinking about it. I honestly
>feel like shooting myself in the face. Well here goes, today was such
>a great day that I knocked off work early and took a long and
>enjoyable ride on my baby. It was one of the nicer rides Ive had in a
>long time. After, I went to Panera Bread to meet a friend for dinner
>in Bel Air @ the Festival shopping center. Guess it was around
>5:30pm. I went in and we had dinner, about an hour or so later I came
>back to my car and noticed glass on the ground around the back of my
>truck. I just thought someone had ran into me and drove away. Much to
>my amazement, the whold back window of my Bronco was smashed out. I
>looked in and my bike was gone. I always keep my truck locked and my
>bike fully covered up by a blanket in the back. They smashed out the
>back window and unlocked the back hatch, and stole everything. They
>got my bike, my wheels, and my gear bag with helmet, shoes, and
>everything else. Didnt leave a thing behind. Even went in the front
>and took my iPod Nano. My bike as some know was a 2006 Specialized
>Tarmac, size 56, carbon fiber/gloss in color with white graphics. It
>had an Ultegra 10spd groupo, pink bar tape and a pink fizik arione
>saddle. Also had red Look Keo Sprint pedals, and FSA Wing Pro Bar.
>Along with my Mavic Kysrium ES wheelset on it as well. They fing
>cleaned me out. My bike was my everything, she was my dream bike and
>cant even begin on how much it cost me and being only 24, anyways. It
>was in absolute mint condition, she only had one season under her
>belt. Sooo in all being said, try to spread the word to local shops
>as am I, and all fellow bikers. If they are dumb enough to try and
>sell it or take it somewhere or even ride it like it is, it will def
>stick out in a crowd. Not your everyday bike and it had PINK bar tape
>and a PINK saddle. So just be on the lookout for her or any info
>about the her or someone trying to unload wheels, helmet, shoes, LSV
>kit, or whatev else you guys may hear. Thanks a lot and hope to hear
>some sort of news from someone about something. Lord knows the cops
>could care less about a parking lot smash and grab, but I wont even
>get started on what I think about the Bel Air PD. Thanks
>again guys/girls too, and keep an eye out, I deeply appreciate it,
>Thanks.
