Cycling team studies chocolate milk as recovery drink

Chocolate milk might be a strong alternative to commercial sports drinks when it comes to helping athletes recover from strenuous, energy-depleting exercise. Those were the findings of some scientific -- and not-so-scientific -- research of chocolate milk when compared to commercial sports beverages.
