Our new arrow program garners national support

One Less Car has been granted $5,000 by Bikes Belong to develop our new

Due to pilot in Spring 2006, ARROW will work with 200 participants in host workplaces to provide information, training and ongoing support to successfully encourage employees to reduce their dependence on cars, increasing their health and transportation options. By providing an orientation seminar, team structure, short training sessions and following up with mentoring and support groups, along with physical changes to the workplace, the program will change commuting behavior, resulting in healthier and more productive employees, reduced traffic, more bicyclists on the road and cleaner air.
