Downtown bicycle parking
With what new bikes cost, I would like a bike-enclosing safe!
I think that it is really nice of the parking authority to offer such a nice solution. But I won't take advantage of it because of the nature and location of my work.
Having such parking in more areas would be a great help to cyclists. Great idea!

But, I don't work in the city.
You are correct that the survey is Baltimore City specific as it is Baltimore Parking Authority that is looking in to cyclists interest about secure bike parking.

But, I don't work in the city.
If I worked in Baltimore, I could probably give a good answer, since for the past 3 years I have been bicycle commuting from Essex to Towson.
As this poll question is worded, an N/A would be appropriate for me at this time, but in my humble opinion, secure bike parking for free or at an extremely good rate would be a plus for the city.
Currently, all I have in Towson is a bike rack within view of the security force--secure enough for my purposes.
