 Railroad ave light rail stop

This stop is North of Mt Washington, but I cannot figure out how the hell to get to it. It seems to be under a bridge maybe?

Also, can you get to the Mt Washington stop without going over the Kelley ave bridge? Is there a path through the whole foods lot?

The mta website is worthless.
