Maryland Recreation Trails Receive $1 Million in Grants [Down from last year's $3.13 Million]

Biking in MarylandB' Spokes: I'll note in times past such a decrease was not due to stingy government but simply because we didn't have enough projects far enough along to push for funding. We need to keep on our local governments to keep up with the planning phase of desirable bike projects.
