Bike Maintenance and Basic Repair

How many of us do all the swim, bike and run necessary for success, but dread the possibility of a flat during a big race? How about those of us that carry the little CO2 "thingy" in our saddle pouches, but don't have a clue how to use it? This meeting is for you! Tony Gunter loves what he does (he fixes bikes for type-a, tri-geeks like us), and he wants to share some of his knowledge. Join us for a bike maintenance and repair clinic on May 13th

When: Wednesday May 13, 7PM
Where: MAC Timonium
Who and What: Tony Gunter from Bike Connection in *censored*eysville - Bike

Like most people I live a hectic life and who has the time for much exercise? Thanks to xtracycle now I do. By using my bike for daily activities I can get things done and get an hour plus work out in 15 minutes extra of my time, not a bad deal and beats taking the extra time going to the gym. In case you are still having trouble being motivated; the National Center of Disease Control says that inactivity is the #2 killer in the United States just behind smoking. ( http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/bb_nutrition/ ) Get out there and start living life! I can carry home a full shopping cart of groceries, car pool two kids or just get lost in the great outdoors camping for a week. Well I got go, another outing this weekend.

*Censored*eyville. Love it.
One of these days I should fix that or I should do a regular ride from Gwynns Fall trail at D***yvile to the NCR trail in C****ville.
